Detailed description

A 2022 by the National Institute of Health study revealed that the use of certain chemical hair-relaxation products, marketed as a hair-straightening solution, doubled the occurrence of uterine cancer.

Since then, lawsuits have been filed against the following companies:

  • L’Oreal USA Inc. and L’Oreal USA Products Inc.

  • Strength of Nature Global LLC

  • Soft Sheen Carson (W.I.) Inc.

  • Dabur International Ltd. and Dabur USA Inc.

  • Namaste Laboratories

These products contain parabens, bisphenol A, metals, and formaldehyde, all of which have been linked to an increased risk of cancer.

Since then, lawsuits have been filed in multiple states. The defendant companies have a combined market capitalization of nearly $700 billion. Settlements are expected to range from $100,000 to $1.5 million.

Statutes of limitations vary by state, but they all amount to the same thing — if you have used these products in the past and have subsequently been diagnosed with cancer or other health conditions, you have a limited amount of time to file your lawsuit.

Don’t let time run out. Fill out the form below to see if you qualify for a cash settlement.
